On the afternoon of October 17, 2020, the 9th "Seminar on Hot Issues of Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in China", co-sponsored by the National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base of Shenzhen University and the Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Theory Research (Shenzhen University) Base, and hosted by the School of Intellectual Property of Shenzhen University, was held in Shenzhen. Nearly 40 representatives from administrative departments, judicial organs, universities and enterprises had an in-depth exchange and discussion on hot issues of intellectual property protection, such as the NPE's abuse of rights in the Standard Essential Patent licensing process and its regulation and the Impact of "Internet+" on the identification of categories of goods or services and the determination of infringement.
